Step 1:

To start the bolero style top drape the material over your head like a scarf

Step 2:

Grab the ends at the bottom as shown

Step 3:

Pull behind your heads and slip your hands into the material like a vest (as shown in step 4)

Bolero or Shrug Style Top

Step 4:

Put your arms through like a vest and pull each side down to cover shoulders and arms

Voila!

You have created a Bolero or Shrug Style Top
