Step 1:
To start the Choker style necklace top turn the material inside out with the seam just behind the fold
Step 2:
Put your arm through the material (as shown) and use any necklace you have with a strong clasp
Step 3:
Thread necklace through the material (as shown)

Step 4:
Pull your necklace up around your neck and tie behind (no elastics required)
Step 5:
Pull out the material and pull behind your back as tight as you feel comfortable
Step 6:
Secure the two sides with elastic band (if you don't like it open use another band at the bottom of the material
Voila!
